Simple Baked Chicken Breast

*To make vegan, substitute the eggs with 900 grams tofu. Drain the tofu and crumble it in the pan with the beans. You may just need to add some extra seasoning to the tofu and beans if you are doing it this way.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground coriander
  • fresh pepper
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 TBSP olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all dry spices and olive oil together
  3. Spread on to chicken1
  4. Bake for 30 minutes on a baking sheet, or until chicken no longer translucent
