What is the HEAL Wellness Challenge?

It’s a fun and engaging team-based program run on a mobile and web-based app that transforms the health, happiness, and engagement of your teams.

Employees can either group into teams or participate solo — you decide. Each work day, participants receive a motivating email in their inbox that lays out their challenge for the day, plus education on why the challenge is so beneficial.  

The challenges are holistic in nature and focus on a combination of nutrition, movement and mental health. The end result is that your teams feel more energized, fitter, less stressed, happier and healthier.
