  • 1.25 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ gala apple
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1-2 swiss chard leaves (option to remove stems)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Ice cubes (if you want it cold)
