Strawberry Lime Popsicles

With summer in full swing, I wanted to give you a refreshing summer popsicle recipe. Nothing says summer like a popsicle! In keeping with my last post about avoiding artificial dyes and colouring, this Strawberry Lime Popsicle recipe is 100% whole foods based, free of artificial dyes and colouring, high in fibre and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups strawberries (stems removed)
  • 1 large lime (juiced)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for five to six hours or until completely frozen. Enjoy!
