Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cups Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (optional, but recommended)
  • 2 handfuls basil or spinach
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Drop the garlic cloves into the food processors while it's running to mince it. Alternatively, mince it by hand ahead of time.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until just blended.
  3. Serve over your favourite vegetables, fish, meat or pasta dish.
