I haven't tried it, but I would guess this cocktail would taste great with gin if you did want to make it alcoholic.
This mocktail is really light. If you wanted to make it stronger (not from an alcohol standpoint), you could also add a slice or two of fresh ginger and let it sit for a while, then removing it before serving.
