Fudgey Protein Brownies

A 4 ingredient brownie recipe that won't give you the crash afterwards!

Ingredients:

  • 4 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup nut butter, melted a bit so it will mix
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop Genuine Health Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder (or another plant-based protein powder)
  • Optional: chopped walnuts on top

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl and pour the batter into the baking pan. If using, sprinkle the walnuts or another nut on top.
  3. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
