Broccoli with Garlic Dill Sauce

I think it’s time for a vegetable recipe!!  Yes, the brownies were to die for, but at the end of the day, a healthy diet is all about the veggies!

Broccoli is one of my favourite vegetables.  I admit though, broccoli on its own is not the most tantalizing of side dishes.  So this recipe includes a great sauce to give the vegetable an extra flavour boost!

You could either dip your raw broccoli in this sauce for an afternoon snack, or you could steam your broccoli and drizzle the sauce on top.  I’ve also tried this sauce with a couple of other foods including grass-fed beef sausage and steamed asparagus.  Both tasted great!

There’s no excuses not to make this recipe as I know you have the tahini on hand from making my quinoa salad recipe.
