If you would like a more personalized plan than our Weekly Meal Planning Program, but don’t need the tailored support of 1:1 Coaching, then Custom Meal Plans are a great option.
Custom meal plans are for you if you want help:
- Losing weight in a way that is attainable and long lasting.
- Feeding your family wholesome, delicious meals that everyone will enjoy, but don’t know where to start.
- Balancing your blood sugar.
- Reducing bloating, heartburn and indigestion.
- Eating well with a busy, stressful schedule.
- Meal planning for specific dietary restrictions such as Vegan, Keto, Paleo, AIP, low-FODMAP, food sensitivities, allergies, and more.
We offer custom meal plans for individuals and couples, or families. The family plan will include more options and ways you can adapt the plan for everyone in your household. Please only choose the individual/couples plan if you will both generally be following the same meals, with minor adjustments. If you need more customization than this, please choose the family plan.
Following your purchase:
- We will email you with a detailed intake questionnaire outlining everything you're looking for help with. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it within an hour.
- We will then develop 4 weeks of custom meal plans that take into account your health goals, dietary preferences, allergies, sensitivities, etc.
- The meal plans are delivered two weeks at a time, with an opportunity for feedback or adjustments after two weeks
