East Side Games came to us for support around mental health and team building post-pandemic. With two 4-week Wellness Challenges, we focused on a mix of mindset, nutrition and exercise-based challenges to help with their overall goals for employee engagement. By the end of these challenges, East Side Games employees were made to feel that the company cared about their well-being and that they were better able to handle stress and anxiety. They also voted to see the Wellness Challenge done 2-3 times per year!

I loved all the information about the media rationing and reframing, as these are the things I usually struggle with. Now I feel that I’m more “equipped” in this area.”
