A proven 10 day program to help you overcome your sugar cravings, have more energy, lose weight and reduce bloating.
Every day you'll get an email with new goals to complete (along with a checklist we'll provide) that will help you reduce sugar in favour of real, nutritious and delicious foods.
This will be made easy thanks to a 10 day meal plan (with a vegan version) with a grocery list organized by section of the grocery store and detailed meal prep instructions.
You'll also have a comprehensive list of food and drinks to follow and the ones to avoid while on the program, substitutions and tips for staying on track.

They will be gluten free, cow’s dairy free, sugar free (of course), and DELICIOUS! I've also intentionally chosen simple recipes so you're not in the kitchen all week long! We also have a vegan version of the program if you prefer.
The plan has you cutting out alcohol (for the 10 days), because alcohol has a major impact on sugar cravings and our hormones, but we will be giving you a few lower sugar alternatives if you have a social occasion and would like to drink.
This is an entirely food based program, so is safe to do while pregnant (though you are welcome to speak with your doctor first). In fact, you may have been experiencing more sugar cravings than normal while pregnant, so this is a great 10 day meal plan to use.
YES! Sometimes, depending on your health, you may feel tired and sluggish the first few days. This is definitely a normal reaction when you cut out sugar and will pass, I promise. Then you will feel exponentially better than before and will have kicked your sugar habit. As one participant described it: "By day 4 I felt great - alert, focused and vibrant. My cravings for sugar dissipated at that point, which was amazing. On day 5 I had a co-worker ask if I was wearing more makeup than usual or something, because I looked "all glowy". :) After the 10 days I am much more aware of all the added, unnecessary sugar if so many of my go-to snacks. I've replaced those mostly with fresh fruit and nuts or a crunchy vegetable with a dip."
Yes, we suggest only 1 cup/day and not in a cow's dairy latte or with added sugar / sweetener.
The ingredients in the program have been carefully selected to balance blood sugar levels, reduce cravings and support your body's detoxification processes. That being said, you are welcome to customize the program based on preference or allergies, for example. We will be giving you both an omnivore and a vegan plan so you can mix and match. Absolutely! This is a program for real life. It can feel like there is never the "perfect" time to start, but the best thing you can do is start anyway! If you are traveling or truly can't start on our official start date, you can still join and start when you are ready. We will also be giving tips for eating healthier while out.
