Beet, Goat Cheese & Walnut Salad

If you’re someone that needs a little extra liver loving from all that wine this summer, beets are your new best friend. Beets contain something called ‘betanin’ that are high in antioxidants (helpful after eating lots of BBQ’d meat), are anti-inflammatory (good if your joints are painful) and boost your natural detoxification (from all that wine).
